Dear NCI Users,   NCI administrators and ANU Network staff are investigating an issue with external network connectivity to NCI services (including Raijin).   Network connections with a source or destination external to the ANU or NCI network boundary are affected. Symptoms include Raijin SSH login failures or very slow transfers from hosts.   Users internal to the ANU or NCI networks are unaffected, as are some NCI partners on dedicated links.   We are investigating this as a high priority issue, and will provide additional progress and service restoration updates.   Best regards,
