The June 2016 East-Coast Low caused major damage to large areas of the Australian east coast. This visualisation takes the output from a numerical weather model simulation of the event and displays it in all its glory. By using high-resolution models to study complex weather events, we can learn about their impacts, how they are affected by a changing climate and much more.
